These General Terms and Conditions, together with the particular conditions of the reservation, regulate the conditions of your reservation. The reservation is subject to the legislation of the country of establishment and local legislation, and consumer rights based on their address.

Minimum age to make a reservation: 18 years.
Minors under 18 must stay at the hotel accompanied by their parents, guardians, or adults duly authorized by them. Hotel staff may request relevant documentation identifying the adults as parents/guardians or authorized persons. This is without prejudice to any different minimum age established by local law.

Minimum age to make a reservation at Eurostars Magnificent Mile, Eurostars Wall Street and Eurostars Langford hotels: 21 years old.

Payment method: as indicated in the reservation process, payment by Visa / Mastercard is accepted. Data can be used to verify the validity of the card details, bank pre-authorization, or the payment in advance (total or partial) according to the conditions of your reservation.

Prices: the prices shown are with VAT. Tourist taxes (if applicable) are not included in the price and will be specified separately in the particular conditions of your reservation.

Shipping costs: do not apply.

Cancellation policy: the cancellation policy is indicated when making the reservation in the particular conditions. In the case of non-refundable reservations, if you cancel or no-show, the payment will not be refunded. If the booking conditions do not establish a cancellation policy, the provisions of current legislation will apply. Once lodged, the cancellation will be subject to the establishment's policy.

Right of withdrawal: according to consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Conflict resolution: we inform you of the existence of a platform for extrajudicial resolution of online disputes made available by the European Commission, available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage and through which consumers can submit their claims.
